How Pakistan’s Terror Network Survives—and Why India Must End It

Mukesh Devrari

For years, India has been at the receiving end of terrorism originating from Pakistan, and yet the world continues to pretend that this is a matter of “dispute” rather than design. From the hijacking of IC-814 to the bloodshed in Mumbai and repeated massacres in Kashmir, the pattern is too obvious to ignore—terrorists are trained, protected, and deployed as instruments of state policy. This article is not about emotions or slogans; it is about facts that have been buried under denial, propaganda, and diplomatic cowardice. It asks a simple question: how long can India afford restraint when terror networks survive, regroup, and strike again with impunity?

Every Pakistani should know that IC814 was hijacked by Pakistani terrorists, and India released three terrorists, including Masood Azhar, who still runs the Islamic terrorist group Jaish e Mohammad, and operates freely in Pakistan and is backed by the Pakistani army. India was helpless and could not do anything. One of the terrorists released after the hijacking was Mustaq Ahmad Zargar, who slit the throat of Daniel Pearl, the Washington Post reporter.

10 Pakistani terrorists invaded Mumbai and killed 200 people on the streets, specifically targeting a Jewish worship place, and killed them at point-blank range. The film shows the real recording of 10 Pakistani terrorists talking to their handlers in Pakistan during the Mumbai instructions, taking the direct instructions. What India did after the attack, Congress did Ran.....na in front of Western capitals, while the Pakistani military laughed at India, and Pakistanis globally claimed that India attacked itself, it was a false 'flag operation', they still use this term after every terror attack.

The Film should clearly show that Benazir Bhutto was eliminated by the Pakistani army, in the same way an attempt was made on Imran Khan's life, but he was fortunate the survive the attack planned by former ISI chief and now Field Marshal Asif Muneer, but that's not our concern.

Yes, we salute Modi for his efforts. When he started in 2014, he believed he could fix the relations with Pakistan. He went to Pakistan uninvited and even allowed Pakistani intelligence agencies to visit India and jointly investigate the attack on Pathankot. Then he saw and started to react. After Uri, it was surgical strikes. Pakistani dismissed as propaganda. The terror attacks in Kashmir continued. After the Pulwama suicide bombing, first time, India used a bomber to attack Balakot, but that was a small attack and did not achieve anything.

The Pakistani military and politicians appointed by Pakistani general Bajwa laughed at the Indian claims, but due to fear released the Indian pilot Abhinandan, who was captured alive in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, as his plane crashed. The confidence of Pakistanis is very high, and they did not like the reports that more than 10 million Indian tourists are visiting Kashmir with their families and having a good time. The Pakistanis decided to jolt India and trained Islamic terrorists, and massacred Hindu tourists.

Yes, they succeeded. They destroyed the tourism in Kashmir. The same effect occurred after the Mumbai terror attack. No international tourist was ready to come to India after the Mumbai attacks. It would be fair to India could never fully recover. The Pahalgam attack needed retaliation. This time, Modi attacked many places in Pakistan. I would still say half-heartedly. And yes, Pakistan shot down Indian jets. And Modi could not avenge the killings of Indian tourists in Pahalgam. Is this country satisfied now? No, we believe eye for an eye is crucial to restore justice. The Jaish e Mohammad and Lashkar e Taiba, and everyone associated with them, must be eliminated as Israel eliminates Hamas.

That’s the only long-term solution. Until and unless India imposes a direct cost on Pakistanis for supporting, training, and helping terrorists to plan the attacks on Kashmir and other parts of India, this assault on India by Islamists would continue. We expect Modi to use lethal force against terrorists as Israel and the US use against their enemies.
